This site sells one thing: an ebook. This policy explains what information is collected when you buy it, how it is used, and what is not done with it. Plain language only.

What is collected

When you purchase the book, your payment is processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email address, and payment information. This site receives your email address from Stripe so it can send you a download link and add you to the purchaser list.

That is it. No tracking pixels, no behavioral analytics, no third-party advertising scripts. The site does not use cookies.

How your information is used

Your email address is used to deliver your purchase and, occasionally, to let you know about related books or updates from Haven Press. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

What is not done with your information

Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing purposes. Full stop.

Payment processing

All payments are handled by Stripe. This site never sees or stores your credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.

Data retention

Your email address is kept as long as you remain subscribed. You can request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].
